Shu is the Egyptian God of light, peace, lions, air & wind. Shu is associated with dry air, calm, and ma’at (truth, order, justice, and balance). And with this in mind, we hope these chimes offer a cooling and calming influence and a sense of balance as you play them and feel their vibrations. Shu means "emptiness" or "he who rises up."

Of the various MantraWorks chime sets, this one has a higher range of notes in its collection. I feel these Shu Chimes creating a sense of crystal-clear focus, so you may feel them help with bringing your attention back into the present moment.

MantraWorks Sacred Chimes

Our Sacred Chimes are a very unique concept. They are not designed with specific frequencies in mind, but rather their unique energetics come from specific cubit lengths. If you are familiar with tensor ring technology, there are some cubit lengths that work for not only creating tensor rings, but also used as "straight-line" cubits. In other words, there are a handful of straight-line measurements that seem to be able to withhold or impart a greater energetic potency. Examples of these special measurements can be seen in some of humankind's longest standing structures, such as the Great Pyramid in Egypt and the Teotihuacán site in Mexico. Since the very precise measurements are the basis for creating these chimes rather than combining complementary frequencies, it is quite a pleasant surprise that many of these lengths actually sound great together. And when energizing these sacred lengths (by striking them and causing them to vibrate), we can activate their inherent properties and impart them to others as sound healing instruments.
