About the pinecone:
This is a very rare pinecone, from the 5th largest tree in the world: the Stagg Tree. The Stagg tree is on private land in the Alder Creek Grove in California's Sierra Nevada mountains, and I collected the pinecone myself with permission from the owner. It is estimated that the tree is somewhere around 3000 years old. It is surprising how the largest trees in the world can grow out of such tiny pinecones. Place the pendant over the heart chakra or even a little lower--near the center of your torso where the two rib cages come together. Mantras to use with this pendant:
Sarasvati is very active with this pendant, so invoking Her mantras will work well, to help you call in and integrate ancient wisdom into your energy field. The bija seed sound for Sarasvati is "aim" (sounds like "I'm") and a longer mantra you can repeat is "om aim sarasvatyai namaha."
And one more option: by chanting the heart mantra "Hrim," you can focus and work to integrate the wisdom contained within the pendant into your heart.

There is A LOT of energy in this pendant, but it shouldn't feel overwhelming if you're sensitive to energies, as the energies it contains are ancient earth energies.
