Available in 4 sizes:
Unisex, Single Ring - this size is a women's large or men's medium. On the large size for most women. It may be a tight fit for some men, but will fit most. (8.5")
Larger Single Ring (9") - this size is slightly larger, and best for men with large hands. It will be a very loose fit for the average female wrist.
Double Ring - Women's Medium (7 5/8 - 7.75") - Earth Resonance cubit. This is a better fit for most women, but may still be a little large for women with small size wrists/hands.
Double Ring - Large (8.5") - this is two of the larger single rings, interlocked together. Fits very similar as the Unisex Ring, so will work well as women's large, and average size male hands/wrists.

How does it work?
If you are familiar with tensor rings, in general they are a type of free energy device, moving a transmuting energies to create an energy field (both a column of energy perpendicular to the ring as well as a toroidal field). So enacting a ring to stop the movement of energy, or "protect" you from incoming energies, is not really the typical behavior for a tensor ring.

So how does it work? The ring functions as a security gate, only allowing energies to come through that are at a certain level of consciousness. So if a lower vibration energy comes in contact with your energy field, it either goes through a transition and gets stepped-up in vibration, or it can't continue into your energy field. An energetic forcefield, in a way. As the energy raises in vibration, you might experience it as an energetic "hiccup" or similar to a car engine shifting through different gears. Another analogy is the Panama canal--as ships make their way through the canal, they must pass through a series of locks to raise the elevation level for the ship to travel through the higher elevations. The ring can help step-up incoming vibrations to match your vibrational state.

Many traditions suggest that energetically, we receive or pull in energy on the left side of the body, and give or release energy through the right side. Considering this, it may offer more benefit to wear on the left wrist. Of course, it will be beneficial to wear on either wrist.
