**Energetic Update:**
The Hrīṃ Ring Pendant has gone through an energetic upgrade/update February 2023, and this "version 2.0" will now be available in 4 variations: Feminine 3-Ring (in silver or copper) and Masculine 3-Ring (in silver or copper).

The Hrīṃ Ring is a Tensor Ring pendant designed to help you go within and connect to your Higher Self, through the Hridaya (Spiritual Heart). (To learn more about Tensor Field Technology, please glance through the FAQs on the bottom of this page.)

The feminine [aspect of creation] Hrīṃ Ring comes with three rings. If you feel more connected with feminine energy, and wish to increase that connection, wear the feminine ring as a pendant over the heart chakra. The masculine [aspect of creation] Hrīṃ Ring was designed to increase your connection to masculine energy, and move you towards your Higher Self through the Hridaya.

Both feminine and masculine versions come with 3 rings. The Golden Fire ring activates higher consciousness energies, the Sacred Feminine & Masculine rings help you integrate the energies into the body and direct it towards the heart chakra, and the STU ring adds a connection directly with the root chakra (muladhara) and helps awaken dormant kundalini energy and move it through the spine. Also, it offers additional synergistic help to keep you more connected to the earth element and feel more grounded.

Which Ring Do I Choose?
If you are non-binary, or do not identify with a specific gender, choose the ring based on what energy you'd like to increase. If you'd like to increase your connection to feminine energy, choose that one. And similarly, choose the masculine ring if you'd like to bring in more masculine energy.

Silver vs. Copper:
If you are empathic or sensitive to energies, you may feel a bit overwhelmed when wearing tensor rings for the first time. Both copper and silver are excellent conductors of energy, and work very well as tensor rings. But in general, silver offers a softer/smoother energy, and may be a better choice if you're highly sensitive. In my personal experience, it may take a full day for me to feel fully integrated with a new copper tensor tool, and with silver the adjustment period is more like two hours.

How to use the Hrim Pendant:
You can use this in either a passive or active way. By wearing it as a pendant over the heart chakra, you can passively attune yourself to the energies contained in the rings. As an active meditation, place the Rings over your heart chakra or any other chakra or body part you wish to energize, and begin chanting the mantra Hrīṃ (sounds like "hreem" with a long ee) either out loud or silently.

To connect with your Higher Self, place the Rings over the heart and focus on the mantra Hrīṃ. For some, you may notice an instantaneous shift, and for others it may be a more gradual shift in consciousness. Regardless, continue repeating the mantra to strengthen the energy and improve your direct connection to your Higher Self. In time, you may begin to feel pressure or a tingling sensation in the back of the heart (back of the chest area) as your individual energy attunes to a more expansive, universal love energy.

More Info About the Mantra Hrīṃ (ह्रीं):
There are specific mantras for the spiritual heart, the most important of which is Hrim. The heart is the location of the Higher Self that is the supreme aspect of Prana, the hamsa. The spiritual heart is sometimes visualized as a small space or cavern in the heart. Sometimes it is seen as a flame, in the center of which is the lightning power of consciousness. Images often show it as a lotus with 8 petals in the region of the heart in which either the Atman or your preferred form of the Divine is meditated upon. The 8 petals correspond to the eight directions of space and to the eight causal powers of the five elements, ego, intelligence and Nature.

Certain approaches of Jnana & Bhakti Yoga emphasize dwelling in the heart. This can bring about the proper harmonization and movement of energies throughout the body, without any specific effort to do so. The small space within the spiritual heart is the ultimate source of sound and mantra, of prana and mind, of Agni and Soma, Shiva and Shakti. In it dwells all beings, all worlds, all time and space, but it is not in any way tainted or affected by these.
